Early sunrise, after breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Sonprayag. From there, you will start your 20 km trek to Kedarnath. On arrival, check in at the hotel and, after dinner, overnight stay in the hotel at Kedarnath.
Kedarnath: The Kedarnath shrine, one of the 12 Jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva, is a scenic spot situated against the backdrop of the majestic Kedarnath range. Kedar is another name for Lord Shiva. According to legend, the Pandavas, after having won over the Kauravas in the Kurukshetra war, felt guilty of having killed their own brothers and sought the blessings of Lord Shiva for redemption. He eluded them repeatedly and, while fleeing, took refuge at Kedarnath in the form of a bull. On being followed, he dived into the ground, leaving his hump on the surface.
Early sunrise, you get up before dawn and, after taking a bath, you are at the temple by 4:45 am for the ‘Abhishek’ to Kedarnath Shiva. After darshan and pooja, you come out of the temple and go back to the hotel. Afterward, you will begin the return trek of 20 km from Kedarnath to Sonprayag. The vehicles wait for you in Sonprayag car parking and drive to your hotel (Guptkashi). After dinner, overnight stay in the hotel at Guptkashi.
This sunrise, you check out of the hotel at 06:00 am and start driving towards your next destination, Badrinath. On arrival, check in to the hotel and freshen up. After dinner, overnight stay in the hotel at Badrinath.
Early morning, visit the temple and, after darshan & pooja, return back to the hotel and have your breakfast. After breakfast, check out of the hotel and drive to Haridwar. En route, visit Joshimath and Shankaracharya Math. En route, also visit Rishikesh, Ram Jhula, and Laxman Jhula. On arrival at Haridwar, check in to the hotel. After dinner, overnight stay in the hotel at Haridwar.
Morning breakfast, check out of the hotel, and begin your last day of this Char Dham Yatra package. Drive back to Delhi. On reaching Delhi, drop at the Airport/Railway Station.
